Distributing the offering Bag

Notes to take while distributing the offering bag
-The Distribution
1) The distribution can start from either the right (as shown above) or left
2) The offering bag should be personally passed to the Pastor and leaders at the first row before it is passed to the members
3)The usher who distributed the offering bags must be alert on the offer bags & the area that require attention (eg: area that will slow down the flow - large gap between seated members)
4) The usher who is situated in the session near back with the church employees/leaders/pastors is required to pass the offering bag to them

-The Flow
1) The bag should flow from the front to the back (as shown in the picture)
2)The bag should NOT flow from the back to the front
